Due to the nature of our business, when you buy a package, we immediately allocate the necessary time, resources, and scheduling to accommodate your sessions. As a result, we cannot offer refunds for any package purchases once the transaction is complete.
2. Non-Refundable Packages
All coaching packages, including multi-session packages, are non-refundable once purchased. This policy applies to all scenarios, including changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason that may prevent you from completing the sessions.
3. Exception to the Refund Policy
The only exception to this no-refund policy occurs if **Tennis On the Go** cannot fulfill your purchased package.
