TOG Policy
Prior to the 1st session, all clients are required to complete and submit the TOG Registration medical History form. TOG! Holds the right to cancel a contract and refuse services without explanation. A cancellation fee of $65 will be applied to all canceled contracts. Payments are to be made only to the TOG office. Personal assistants will accept payments only if the transaction has been approved by the TOG office.
Additional charges may apply with the use of a public court is not included into the session price, and is to be covered by the client. However, arrangements can be made to have court fees included in the session cost. The discounted session rate only applies to four or more sessions, contingent on the use of at least two sessions a week. If only one session is used per week, regular charges will apply and additional payment will be required to complete contract. Contracted sessions are drawn with a stick deadline date.
Any remaining sessions after the deadline date will not be honored. The deadline date is established as followed: two sessions a week plus an additional curiosity week for any missed appointments due to illness or weather. Appropriate tennis footwear is required during all sessions to avoid injury. A session may be canceled, yet charged, on the basis of inappropriate footwear. We encourage our clients to practice productive conduct on the court; therefore, profanities and similar distracting behaviors are prohibited. All appointments are schedules only through the TOG! office. Neither the Pros nor their personal assistants will accept appointments. All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, or charges will apply. All appointments will be canceled by the company 24 hours in advance, or your account will be credited a complimentary session. If a client is running late, he/she is asked to notify the TOG! office.
Missed session time will not be credited. However as we try to facilitate our clients, the Pro can make the choice, according to his/her schedule, to service the session for the full time. If the Pro is running late, the client will be notified. The session may run for the hour or just for the remaining scheduled time. However, any time not serviced will be credited to a future session. If an appointment is canceled due to bad weather, the client will not be charged.
Checks should be made payable to Tennis on The Go. A TOG! contract is only valid with payment on signage. Hence, all contracted sessions must be paid in advance. Payment for a single session is due at the start of the session. Payment will not be accepted from minors without prior notice from parent/guardian and approval from the TOG! office. All clients under 18, must be accompanied by parent/guardian during the 1st session, or appointment will not be honored. TOG! does not draw contract with minors. All contracted services for clients under 18 years of age must be requested and signed by a parent/guardian.
