Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis, is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a tennis teaching professional, cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try our Cardio Tennis Classes. We have programs and drills geared for existing players to get a great cardio workout while improving skills. If you are a beginner, we have classes with specific programs for you. Cardio Tennis is more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise. The Cardio Tennis curriculum is fun, action packed, program taught by one of our Pro's. While we are recommending Cardio Tennis to be an hour or less, some of our programs are as short as 30 minutes while others run longer.
Our typical Cardio Tennis program would include:
5-10 minute warm-up segment
30-50 minute Cardio segment
5-10 minute cool down segment
Cardio Tennis is first and foremost a fitness program. It is more about getting people moving and activeless on hitting great forehands and backhands. Our Cardio Tennis program will elevate a persons heart rate into their aerobic zone. Our pro's will challenge you to your ability and fitness level. Note: Drills for beginners may vary from these. We strive to give every participant a fun but challenging experience. Our Cardio Tennis program will use music to enhance the experience. Music creates a whole new feeling for tennis.
